KENMARE WINDOWS EXHIBITION 2025

The Mill Cove Awards - Five awards will be presented for works of distinction in any medium by any artist featured in the exhibition. Total Prize Fund: €600

Conditions of Entry

1. Submissions must be original and not previously exhibited.

2. You may submit a painting, limited-edition print, or photographic work for selection and sale.

3. Submissions open 19 May 2025 and may be made via digital images (online) or printed photos (see Rule 10).

4. You may submit up to two works only. A diptych, triptych, or polyptych is considered one work.

5. Submission fee: €20 for one or two works. (Please see payment options on the entry form.) (Administration Charge €1.00)*

6. Maximum size: 45cm x 45cm, including frame. Larger works will not be considered.

7. Submit your completed entry form, images, and payment online at www.millcovegallery.com by 5 PM on Monday, 7 July 2025.

9. You may submit 1–2 images per work (maximum of 4 images total). Images must be under 1MB each.

10. Alternatively, you can send printed photos, your completed form, and payment by post to:

11. All submitted work must be exhibition-ready — corded and preferably framed, and suitable for hanging.

12. If selected work is not prepared for display, it will not be included.

13. Prices must include a 30% commission, which covers VAT and payment processing fees.

14. Prices listed on the form cannot be changed after submission. Excessively priced or inappropriately valued work may not be selected. We are happy to advise on pricing if required.

15. Payment for sold work will be made 30 days after the exhibition closes.

16. Selected work will be displayed in business windows around Kenmare.

17. All placement and display decisions are at the discretion of Mill Cove Gallery.

18. Artworks must remain on display until the end of the exhibition.

19. If the work submitted for display differs from the work shown in your entry images or form, it will not be accepted.

20. Selection will be made based on merit by a panel of four judges. The judges' decision is final.

21. You will be notified of the results by 25 July 2025 via email, text, or phone.

22. Selected works must be delivered to Mill Cove Gallery, Main Street, Kenmare, on 31 July or 1 August between 2–5 PM. Works will only be accepted during these times.

23. Alternatively, work may be delivered by post or courier to: Mill Cove Gallery, 21 Main Street, Kenmare, Co. Kerry, V93 X4DX. Between 31 July and 1 August, 11 AM – 5 PM All shipping and collection costs are the responsibility of the artist.

24. The Summer Arts Exhibition of selected works will open at Mill Cove Gallery on 3 August 2025 and continue until 17 August 2025.

25. By signing the entry form, the artist grants permission to Mill Cove Gallery to reproduce their work for promotional purposes related to the exhibition.

27. While every care will be taken, Mill Cove Gallery is not responsible for damage, loss, or destruction of submitted works. Artists are advised to arrange their own insurance.

28. Unsold works must be collected from Mill Cove Gallery on 20 or 21 August, between 2–5 PM.
